Ian is a trusted name in the industry, frequently presenting CPD events for The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) on the subject and serving as an Expert and Arbitrator in commercial disputes on dilapidations.

Our Team

Our team is led by Ian Henderson, DipBS FRICS MCIArb, who became a professional member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1987 and a member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in January 2000. Ian's leadership and expertise have been instrumental in our success and growth.
