Our Team

Our team is led by Adrian Howse, a chartered surveyor with over three decades of experience. Adrian has a wealth of knowledge in the property industry, having worked in retail agency and development with some of the biggest names in the business. He is dedicated to providing his clients with the best possible service and has represented clients on some of the most important property and land transactions in Kent and Sussex.

We also have Richard Bone, a consultant with many years of experience in both residential and commercial property development. Richard has held senior posts with several major development companies and has a wealth of knowledge in this field.
