PBSC Chartered Surveyors

PBSC is a family-run, independent Chartered Surveying practice that was established in 2003. Our offices were first in Hazlemere before moving to Amersham. In 2015, we relocated back to High Wycombe, where we can better serve both Amersham and the surrounding areas and High Wycombe equally effectively. The Principal Surveyor is Mark Pearce, who started his profession in 1988. He holds a degree in Building Surveying and is a fully qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). From 2023, it will be the 20th year of PBSC, and we now offer Mediation services with an RICS Accredited and qualified Evaluative Mediator. We are particularly suited to the Residential or Domestic market, offering a personal level of service expected by private homeowners. We can also tailor our services for small commercial concerns who seek that personal level of attention.

Our Services

Our services include Dispute Resolution, Inspections, and Building Surveys. For Dispute Resolution, we offer a two-stage approach: initial appraisals that are low-cost with capped involvement to assess the situation, followed by further detailed investigations or Expert Witness Reports where required. For Inspections and Building Surveys, we provide thorough evaluations of properties to identify any defects or potential issues.
