Wayne Heath, BSc MRICS Dip NDEA, has over 20 years of experience in producing Building Surveys and Homebuyer Reports. With his background in senior management positions with Norwich and Peterborough Building Society and Travis Perkins Ltd, he has a deep understanding of the property industry.

Charlie Parkhouse, AssocRICS DipSurv, has over 30 years of experience in the property industry. With a background in estate agency and surveying, he has extensive knowledge of town properties, historic village, and country homes.
