Our History

Appleyard & Trew was founded in 1969 by two talented Quantity Surveyors, Mike Appleyard and Ian Trew. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include Project Management, Employer's Agent, Fund Monitoring, Health & Safety/CDM, and Building Surveying. Today, we operate from five offices across the UK, providing our services to clients across various sectors.
