As an accredited specialist in historic building conservation, David Ensom has worked on all grades of listed and historic properties throughout his long career. Architectural Design

Our team provides full architectural design services from sketch scheme to delivery of the finished project. Whether remodelling, altering, extending, or repairing a period property, we apply our depth of experience to deliver our clients' projects.

Condition Surveys

We undertake full building condition surveys, generally of period properties, that are beyond the scope of the simpler Homebuyer reports. Our approach is flexible and can be tailored to our clients' needs, providing them with a thorough understanding of the condition and repair liabilities of the property they are purchasing.

Maintenance Surveys

Our team provides reports on current condition and provides advice and a plan for prioritized future maintenance. We have undertaken such surveys at Oxford Colleges, Hospitals, private homes, and schools such as Winchester College.

Conservation Consultancy

David Ensom offers bespoke conservation consultancy services to both private clients and professional organizations. His extensive experience and expertise have been recognized by the RICS, which has accredited him as a Historic Building Professional. David has worked on all grades of listed and historic properties throughout his long career and has established himself as an expert in historic building conservation.
