Our Services

We offer a wide range of services including Topographical Surveying, Land Mapping, and 2-D CAD Drawing. Our team is equipped with the latest technology, using the Topcon GTS-105N Total Station and SurveyMaster software to ensure that our surveys and maps are of the highest quality.

Topographical Surveying

Our Topographical Surveys provide fully detailed contouring and sectional details, as well as post-survey site analysis for volumetric information and gradient details. We also offer surveying analysis for site access, visibility splays detailing, and post-development construction. This includes 'As Constructed' layouts and associated paperwork for NI Water and Road Service adoption. Additionally, we liaise with local utilities companies for the provision of new or existing supplies.

Land Mapping

Our Land Mapping services include onsite digital and tape survey mapping for property transfer maps. We also provide site boundary analysis and mapping, mapping and land area clarification, site easements mapping for sewers, soakaways, water supplies, visibility splays, and telephone supplies. Furthermore, we offer folio boundary mapping and rectification.
