Paramount Surveyors Limited is a renowned provider of professional valuation advice, established in 2007. We specialise in valuations for secured lending, litigation, civil disputes, acquisitions, and disposals. Our expertise extends to Expert Witness Reports, and our director, Anthony Shaw, has provided evidence in the High Court, Crown Court, and Mediation hearings.

Our company operates from an administration office based on the Staffordshire/Shropshire/Cheshire borders, covering a wide geographical area including the Midlands, Mid and North Wales, and the North West. We also provide our services outside of these areas for clients where required.

We provide a comprehensive range of valuation services, including:

• Secured Lending Valuations: We provide secured lending advice to national commercial mortgage lenders, bridging finance providers, and high street lenders. Our team of RICS Registered Valuers undertake valuation instructions on behalf of national and regional firms of solicitors, insurance companies, and private clients.

• Expert Witness Valuations: Our team is able to provide an Expert Witness service in respect of valuations throughout Staffordshire, Shropshire, Cheshire, and the West Midlands. We offer independent valuation advice for civil disputes, criminal proceedings, and marital proceedings. Through Expert Surveyors Group, we can provide national coverage for such instructions.

• Valuations for Civil Disputes: We regularly undertake valuation instructions on behalf of national and regional firms of solicitors in respect of civil disputes, including professional and marital matters.

• Valuations for Criminal Proceedings: We provide valuation advice in respect of criminal proceedings, including issues relating to requirements under Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.

• Valuations for Insurance Companies: We undertake valuations on behalf of insurance companies.

• Valuations for Private Clients: We provide valuations for private clients, including individuals and companies.

Our director, Anthony Shaw, has over 28 years' experience as a Chartered Surveyor and has worked in a variety of environments ranging from local government to national surveying practices.

We operate under a valid Professional Indemnity Insurance policy that currently provides 2,000,000 cover (on a case by case basis). We are also Regulated by the RICS, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
