Quantity Surveying

We provide a comprehensive high-quality Client-focused Quantity Surveying and Cost Management service from initial feasibility through to completion and project close-out. Our services include cost estimating, cost planning, cost control, procurement, and contract administration.

Project Management

With a single point of contact and assured responsibility, we take the lead role in defining the strategy for managing delivery of the project, control, and co-ordination of the consultants, contractors, and interested third parties. Our services include project planning, programming, scheduling, design management, construction management, and handover.

Contract Administration

We provide a comprehensive Contract Administration service under the various forms of contract. We are specialists in the use of the NEC suite of contracts with which we have been involved during the last 15 years. Our services include contract preparation, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and contract execution.
