As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Construction Manager, I, Philip Pike, have over 30 years of professional experience, having worked for various organizations before establishing my own practice in 2005.

What is a Quantity Surveyor?

A Quantity Surveyor typically manages the cost-effectiveness in the construction process from initial calculations to establish land costs, through preparing early-stage budgets and detailed cost plans, procurement, the construction phase, and up to the final costs. They ensure that clients' contractual interests are protected and provide independent advice on costs and entitlement.

Our Expertise

With over 30 years of experience, I, Philip Pike, have worked on a wide range of projects, from historical buildings to industrial units, roads, jetties, utilities, and railway projects. I have also worked on contracts with full bills of quantities, cost reimbursable, major frameworks, partnering, and one PFI contract that has been completed successfully.
