We have a team of expert directors, each with their own specialisms and areas of expertise. Our directors include:

• Andrew Schofield, FRICS, Director: A renowned expert in party wall matters and boundary disputes, Andrew has extensive experience in advising on construction disputes and is a regular speaker on matters concerning the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
• Jack Norton, MRICS, Director: A Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive knowledge of neighbourly matters and property-related disputes, Jack has expertise in mediating disputes and is a CEDR Accredited and Civil Mediation Council Registered Mediator.
• Stuart Cobbold, MRICS, Director: Stuart has a background in neighbourly matters, including acting for building owners and adjoining owners on party wall matters under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, and has experience in providing strategic advice on light and rights of light issues.
• Stephen Parker, MRICS, Director: A Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in neighbourly matters, Stephen has expertise in acting as an Expert Witness and representing clients at committee, planning appeal, and complicated rights of light negotiations.
• Byron Bassington, MRICS, RIBA, Director: With a background in architecture and project management, Byron has extensive knowledge of building surveying and has become a Chartered Building Surveyor.
• Linda Schofield, Director and Company Secretary: With a background in marketing and new business set-ups, Linda is responsible for company compliance and administration.
