• John Blackwell, Managing Partner, has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of commercial property investment and asset management. He has a close personal relationship with a number of key clients, including Land Securities, Aberdeen Asset Management, Aviva, and Valad Europe.

• Will Stanley-Evans, Partner, has over 17 years of experience in providing property investment advice. He has a detailed understanding of commercial property across a broad range of sectors throughout the UK and has a large number of contacts throughout the property sector.

• Peter Flanders, Partner, is an experienced member of the team, having been involved in all manner of property transactions. He is well-versed in offering investment agency advice to institutional and major European property companies and private clients.

• Max Hulse, Investment Surveyor, graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2017 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in December 2020. He has gained experience in multi-sector sales and acquisitions, including industrial, offices, roadside, and retail warehousing.
