Disappointing Experience with Mark Leah

Mark Leah was described as a very arrogant person who lacked understanding of the term "service". The reviewer had a particularly poor experience with him, which was the sole reason they bought the property. They met privately with the owner and completed the negotiations without involving Mark Leah.
The reviewer highlighted that they cannot comment on other staff members, but warned that anyone dealing with Mark Leah would do best to keep a wide berth. As a result of the poor experience, the reviewer stated that they would never pass any instructions to this branch and would try to purchase properties through other agents if possible.
