Problems with Gaining Access - Overcome with Ease

Subpar Service and Insufficient Insurance Coverage
However, Bat Fink's experience was far from satisfactory. They hired a surveyor named James Andrew to conduct a full building survey and valuation, but he failed to identify live woodworm in the property. When they tried to complain and claim compensation, they were met with minimal response and were essentially palmed off. The company's lack of comprehensive insurance coverage and lack of accountability led Bat Fink to strongly recommend avoiding this company for survey work.
