Our History
The firm's history dates back to the mid-1930s when the Gascoigne-Pees family developed a residential Estate Agency business in Surrey. As the firm grew, commercial and professional disciplines were added, and in 1991, the company underwent a Management buy-out from Black Horse Agencies, becoming the independent Commercial Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors we know today.
