Our team of experienced professionals is led by Keith Parsley, a Senior Partner with over 40 years of experience in the sector. Keith is a Chartered Surveyor, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has acted as an independent expert and has provided evidence in connection with tribunals and court proceedings. Keith's expertise extends to property valuation, development, and planning matters.
James Parsley, a Partner in the firm, is also a Chartered Surveyor and a RICS Registered Valuer. He has a particular interest in property management, service charge schemes, and landlord and tenant issues. With a strong clientele in this area, James is well-equipped to handle complex property matters.
