Our team is led by Alan Cohen, FRICS IRRV (Hons), who has acted as an expert witness on numerous occasions. James Cohen, BSc (Hons) FRICS, has a vast experience in homebuyer and building survey reports, valuations, and compensation work. Andrew Cohen, MRICS, specializes in leasehold reform, housing, and urban development. Daniel Cohen, BSc MRICS, has expertise in party wall matters and leasehold reform. Brandon Cohen, DipRSV ASSOC RICS, CERT DEA, is a residential surveyor and valuer with expertise in energy performance certificates and residential surveying.
