Positive: Aldrock Surveyors have received praise for their great service, prompt turnaround, and helping clients challenge utility companies to reduce charges.

Negative: Aldrock Surveyors have been criticized for poor quality reports, late submissions, and the lack of qualified professionals, ultimately leading to unsuccessful planning applications.

Service and Quality

Aldrock Surveyors have received mixed reviews from their clients. On the positive side, Richard Green had a excellent experience with the company, praising their prompt turnaround and great service in meeting close deadlines. Chris Rossall also had a positive experience, commending Aldrock for their help in challenging United Utilities and reducing their surface water drainage charges to zero.

Quality of Reports

However, Paul Ainsworth had a disastrous experience with Aldrock, receiving late and poor quality reports from a unchartered "surveyor" who used the name of another RICS-qualified individual. Ainsworth also expressed frustration with the lack of qualified professionals, specifically an architect, which ultimately led to his planning application being refused.
