Our Team

Our experienced and expert team of Chartered Surveyors and Land Agents are dedicated to delivering comprehensive, professional, and friendly services to all our clients. Our team comprises of:

• Paul Harris, a Director and Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in planning, valuations, compulsory purchase/compensation, and estate management.
• Dominic Plumpton, a Director and Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in marketing and selling all types of land and property, as well as negotiating for residential development and commercial renewable energy projects.
• Giles Wheeler-Bennett, a Full-time Consultant and Chartered Surveyor with over 35 years of experience in agricultural law, farming, and estate management, and valuations.
• Nathan Broome, a Chartered Surveyor with a Master's degree in Land Management and experience in property sales, valuations, planning, farming subsidies, landlord and tenant, compensation, renewables, and estate management.
• Christopher Salmon, a Chartered Surveyor with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management and experience in all aspects of land agency, including valuation, planning, estate management, and utility work.
• Wendy Emblen, our Operations Manager, who ensures a smooth running of the office and keeps our surveyors in order.
• Sue Bright, a full-time secretary, who manages the administrative side of the business.
