Level 1 RICS Home Survey (formerly Condition Report)
Our Level 1 RICS Home Survey, also known as a Condition Report, provides a concise evaluation of a modern building's condition. This report focuses on the condition of the property by giving ratings to the different parts of the building and flagging up any areas that need attention. This level of inspection is best suited for conventionally built, modern buildings post-2000 that appear to be in reasonable condition.
Level 2 RICS Home Survey (with and without valuation)
Our Level 2 RICS Home Survey provides homeowners and purchasers with useful information on a property in an easy-to-read format. This report is appropriate for properties of conventional type and design that appear to be in reasonable condition. It is not appropriate for older properties when a Building Survey is recommended. This survey can also include a valuation if required.
Level 3 RICS Home Survey (formerly Building Survey or Structural Survey)
Our Level 3 RICS Home Survey, formerly known as a Building Survey or Structural Survey, is a comprehensive report that provides a full and detailed evaluation of the property's condition. This survey is suitable for all types of property and includes technical information on the construction and materials, as well as details of any defects.
