Our Team
Our team of Chartered Surveyors is led by partners Howard Payne and David Marriott, both of whom have over thirty years of experience in the property industry. Howard Payne is a keen motorsports driver in his spare time, while David Marriott is a respected Auctioneer and a member of the Barnwell Entertainers. Both partners are RICS Registered Surveyors and Valuers with extensive experience in Kettering and Northamptonshire.
