Allen Dadswell Construction Consultants is an independent company of Chartered Surveyors, delivering high-quality Project Management and Quantity Surveying services to Clients nationwide. Our company has evolved from the partnership setup by David Allen and Peter Dadswell in 1993, originally trading as The Allen Dadswell Partnership Limited. Since inception, we have grown in size, the range of clients, and the services we offer.

Meet the Directors
Our Directors bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the company. Mark Dadswell, a Chartered Surveyor, has been with ADCC since 2006. He has valuable experience across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, ecclesiastical, large-scale infrastructure, and highway schemes. Scott Parks, also a Chartered Surveyor, has been with ADCC since 2004. He oversees the office workload and undertakes and supervises projects, having considerable experience in most construction sectors. Oliver Crisp, a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Construction Manager, joined the company in 2004 and was promoted to Director in April 2020. He has experience undertaking and overseeing schemes in various project types. Lawrence Brooks, a Chartered Surveyor, worked for ADCC previously and rejoined the company as a Consultant in 2014, bringing a wealth of experience across a broad range of sectors.
Civil Engineering and Infrastructure
Below is a selection of our past and current projects in the Civil Engineering and Infrastructure sector. The Northern Arc, Eastern Bridge Link Road, Burgess Hill project involved the construction of a new signalised junction on the A273 along with various infrastructure works. The Portfield Roundabout, S278 Chichester project included S278 & S38 works for a private developer, including widening to the roundabout and closure. We were appointed by Kent County Council to provide cost planning advice throughout the Thanet Parkway Access project.
The Rayleigh project involved cost planning, budget management, procurement, and employer's agent/cost management for the construction of a residential development. We also worked on the Fairham Development, a large residential development with planning approval for 3,000 units. Additionally, we provided Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent services on the construction of a new grade-separated junction on the A24, and strategic infrastructure works to accommodate a significant residential development.
