Our story began with David Bullen, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, who established the company in 2013. Since then, we've grown to become a team of experienced professionals, comprising chartered surveyors, architectural technologists, and administration staff.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services, catering to the needs of both residential and commercial clients. Our architectural design services cater to new builds, barn conversions, and extensions, ensuring that our clients' visions become a reality. Our building surveying services include home survey reports, full building surveys, and commercial and industrial building surveys. Additionally, we provide certification, inspection, and surveying services, including party wall awards, individual defect diagnosis, fire insurance claims, tendering, and project administration.

Our Team

At the heart of our company is our team, comprising talented professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional results. Our team members include:

  • Ben Bullen, Managing Director, who joined the business in 2005 and has since taken the helm, overseeing the running of the business, and continuing to work on architectural design projects.
  • David Bullen, Executive Director, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with decades of experience in surveying, defects analysis, and general building issues.
  • Grant Scott, Building Surveyor, who joined the business in 2021 after a long and illustrious career at Great Yarmouth Borough Council Building Control.
  • Michelle Bullen, Accounts Manager, who oversees the smoother running of accounts and helps with new build certification, while also running her own business as a first aid trainer.
  • Rachael Cole, Operations Manager, who joined the business in 2015 and is responsible for managing the certification administration and the general running of the office.
