Residential Surveys

We offer a range of residential surveys, including the RICS Home Survey Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, designed to provide property buyers with valuable information about the condition and value of the property they are considering purchasing. Our experienced and qualified surveyors have extensive knowledge of buildings, ensuring that our clients receive a thorough and accurate survey report.

Property Management

At Philip Noble & Son, we provide a full range of property management services, tailored to suit the specific needs of each landlord. Our services include no set-up charges, ARLA licensed and RICS regulated client money protection, ARLA-trained inventory providers (previously APIP), and access to the Dispute Service Scheme. We offer the option of a full management service, which includes internet advertising, accompanied viewings, vetting of prospective tenants, production of agreements and inventory, collecting rents, damages deposit administration, maintenance issues, and monthly statements. We also offer a let-only service, which includes internet advertising, viewings, vetting of prospective tenants, production of agreements and inventory, collecting the first month's rent and deposit, and damage deposit administration.
