Our History

KS Associates was initially established as a partnership in November 1999, and we have since grown and evolved to become the reputable quantity surveying consultancy we are today. We have enjoyed continued year-on-year growth, which we attribute to our dedication to providing exceptional services to our clients. Bill of Quantities Preparation and Measurement Audits: With over 30 years of experience in preparing bills of quantities and measurement audits, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality documents. Our team prepares bills of quantities for a multitude of building sectors, including residential, commercial, education institutions, pharmaceutical laboratories, hospitals, nuclear power stations, water treatment works, railways, and more.

Subcontract Procurement and Account Management: Our team provides a tailored approach to subcontract procurement and the management of subcontract accounts. We offer a range of services, including work package schedules, package enquiries, package appraisal, pre-order meetings, order placement, and package management.

Value Engineering: In today's climate, value engineering is becoming increasingly important to our clients. We understand the importance of value in design, which creates a balance of performance and resource use, optimising the ability of the project to achieve its objectives.

Cost Planning and Budgets: Our team's experience in both quantity surveying and estimating enables us to produce realistic cost plans and budgets for a variety of projects. We use historical data and current building cost information to produce a cost plan that clearly identifies the allocation of monies.

Claim Preparation and Support: We offer a wide range of legal support services to the construction industry, including contract advice, dispute avoidance, claim preparation and defence, delay analysis, adjudication support, and arbitration support.
