We also offer acquisition support services, helping clients source the right venue for their business. We have a network of property agents who can source and propose locations based on the client's requirements, and we assist in agreeing on the best terms for the client and communicating with their solicitors to complete the process.

Our History

Socius Projects was established in 2014 with the aim of helping clients navigate a construction project from the initial budget and design phases through to delivery. Since our establishment, we have been committed to collaboration and teamwork, believing that these are key to the success of any project. Over the years, we have expanded our experience beyond the leisure and hospitality sectors, aiming to satisfy the needs of our increasingly diverse client base.

Project Management Services

Our project management services include coordinating design and construction teams, managing the selection and approval of contractors, acting as a communication link for all parties, leading pre and post-construction meetings, and reporting project progress to the client. We also monitor the snagging process and coordinate lists until all snags are completed to a satisfactory conclusion.

Quantity Surveying Services

Our quantity surveying services include preparing detailed cost estimates for client approval, discussing proposals with the client, monitoring design team meetings, preparing and managing tender documentation, and managing the tender process with selected contractors. We also advise on contractor selection upon receipt of tenders and report findings to the client.

Acquisition Support Services

Our acquisition support services include sourcing the right venue for the client's business, instructing property agents to target appropriate properties, and assisting in agreeing on the best terms for the client. We also communicate with the client's solicitors to complete the process.
