We operate from our offices just outside London, and we undertake work throughout the UK and overseas. Our core business sectors are commercial, retail, leisure, residential development, and private residential projects. However, we also carry out work in other sectors, including health, educational, and ecclesiastical sectors.

Meet Our Directors

Our directors are highly experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the construction industry. They are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients and have extensive experience in managing a wide range of projects.

• Darren Kenny BSc(Hons) MRICS: Darren joined the business as a project surveyor and qualified as a Member of the RICS in 1999. He was appointed as an associate partner of Hardy, Hill, Carruth in 2001 and an equity partner of Carruth Marshall Partnership in 2012. He established Marshall Kenny Limited in 2019. Darren has extensive experience of residential, retail, leisure, and commercial projects, mostly in the private sector. He is familiar with most standard forms of contract and methods of procurement and is an experienced Employer's Agent and Project Manager.
