Recent Projects

We have successfully completed a range of notable projects, including the conversion of a commercial office building into 10 individually designed city centre apartments, the remediation of floor works for the York Community Gymnastics Foundation, and the residential development of St Nicholas Chambers in Newcastle. We have also collaborated with the International Centre for Life, Newcastle, to assist in the conversion and refurbishment of existing city centre portfolio, and acted as employer's agent on the external repair and maintenance scheme at the prestigious Grade II listed Princes Building.
