Established in 2009, iCON Building Consultancy Limited is a practice of Chartered Building Surveyors and Project Managers based in the heart of Hertfordshire, offering a full range of professional building consultancy services throughout the UK. Our team, led by Stuart Roberts with 33 years of experience, and Chris Day with 22 years of experience, provides expertise to a diverse range of clients across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, retail, education, leisure, healthcare, and residential.

Our services include Building Surveys, Dilapidations Advice, Project Management, Architectural Design, Cost Management, and Party Wall Surveying, among others. Our Expertise

As a practice of Chartered Building Surveyors and Project Managers, we have extensive experience in managing a wide range of projects, from small-scale refurbishments to large-scale developments. Our expertise includes space planning and architectural design using AutoCAD, building pathology, preparing technical specifications, and project managing complex refurbishments and alterations to various types of buildings. We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and are members of Constructionline.
