- Level Three Building Survey (Structural Survey): Suitable for large, older, or rundown properties, unusual or altered buildings, or those planning major works. This survey provides a detailed inspection and report on a wide range of issues.
- Valuations: Our principal, Nick King, is a RICS Registered Valuer, and we can provide valuation reports for a variety of purposes, including Help to Buy loan repayment, Shared Ownership sale, Shared Ownership staircasing, Probate and Inheritance Tax, and Insurance Reinstatement.
