The Team

At Chapman Chartered Surveyors, we believe that our team is our greatest asset. We have a dedicated team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients. Our team includes:

• Oliver Chapman: Having graduated from the University of Reading, Oliver qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1999 while working in Oxfordshire. He moved to East Anglia in 2001 with his wife, Keeley, and established the commercial property department at TW Gaze, leaving after 15 years to set up his own practice. Known for his love of spreadsheets and his near-obsession with SPAG, Oliver is also a keen musician and wildlife photographer.

• Joyce Barnett: An eastender by birth, Joyce's career started in the west end of London working in HR and finance before moving to Norfolk. She has worked with Oliver for ten years, running the property management side of the business as well as looking after staff, clients, and contractors. Joyce doesn't do spare time, but away from the office, she manages to fit in dog obedience training and amateur dramatics. She has a wicked sense of humor - an essential requirement for day-to-day life with the Chapmans.

• Keeley Chapman: Keeley was born in the city of dreaming spires and is proud of her Oxford roots. Her career has taken her from customer service in banking, to running an estate agency office, to PA at a leading solicitor's practice in Ipswich and, after a career break, qualifying as a teaching assistant. She runs the agency side of the business, and as well as raising a young family, she is also an accomplished dancer, potter, artist, and yoga practitioner (though not all at once).
