Established in 1984, Goddards QS LLP is a thriving Quantity Surveying practice based in Christchurch, Dorset. With a reputation built on producing high-quality work, our company has diversified over the years to provide a range of pre-contract quantity surveying services, specialising in the preparation of Bills of Quantities for projects.

Our History

Founded in 1984 by a group of freelance chartered surveyors, Goddards QS LLP initially offered estimating services to medium-sized building contractors and sub-contractors. In 1994, the company expanded its services to provide Bills of Quantities for larger tenders. Since then, we have grown organically, employing seven full-time staff and two administrative assistants, providing a comprehensive range of pre-contract quantity surveying services.

Ryan Claves

Partner and MCIOB, Ryan has been with us since 2007. With a background in groundwork's and a degree in Construction Management, Ryan is a qualified Fellow of the CIOB.

Wayne Nennstiel

Senior Partner and MCIOB, Wayne has 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including four years as a senior partner. With a background in Architecture and degrees in Construction Management, Wayne is a qualified Fellow of the CIOB.

Daniel Lewis

Partner and BSc (Hons) in Construction Management, Daniel has been with us since 2005. With a background in quantity surveying and a degree in Construction Management, Daniel is a qualified member of the CIOB.

Neil Palmore

Quantity Surveyor, Neil joins us with 12 years of experience in the construction industry. With a degree in Building Surveying from Coventry University and diplomas in construction from Poole College, Neil is a qualified member of RICS.

Gemma

Finance Administrator, Gemma joined us in 2017 with a background in finance and administration. With an AAT Level 2 certification, Gemma is an integral part of our administrative team.
