• Party Wall: The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 imposes duties upon those with an interest in a building to notify their neighbour(s). We provide expert advice and guidance on party wall matters.
• Principal Design: The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) came into force on 6 April 2015. We provide expert advice and guidance on principal design and construction projects.
• Asset Management: Property Asset Management is a systematic process of deploying, operating, maintaining, and disposing of physical assets. We provide expert advice and guidance on asset management and property portfolios.
