Ideal for conventional homes less than 50 years old and in generally good repair, the HomeBuyer Survey is the most popular survey in the UK. This in-depth report provides buyers with a clear understanding of the property's condition, highlighting any potential issues that may affect the property's value.

Building Survey

Formerly known as a 'full structural survey', the Building Survey provides an in-depth inspection of period properties, unusual building materials, especially large homes and structures that show indications of damage or decay.
