Welcome to hartQS, a trusted and professional Chartered Quantity Surveying firm based in Ide, Exeter. As part of the WT Hills Group, we have been serving clients across the South West since 1976, providing a comprehensive range of Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying services for construction projects, including refurbishments, alterations, and new builds.
hartQS was originally established as Hart & Hunnam by John Hart and Robin Hunnam. In 2006, Robin Hunnam retired, and John's son, Robin, joined the firm. In 2012, we re-branded as hartQS to reflect our core business of Quantity Surveying. In 2014, hartQS merged with Hills Chartered Surveyors and continues to offer Quantity Surveying and CDM Consultancy services as part of the WT Hills Group.
As a regulated firm with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), we uphold their codes of practice, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and professionalism.
