Andrew Mills FRICS FCABE, the founding partner, boasts a career spanning decades, working in London for prominent firms like Knight Frank & Rutley and Hampton & Sons before establishing his own practice. His significant experience is focused on architectural design-orientated building surveying, encompassing building surveys, defects investigations, architectural design, contract administration, and CDM Principal Designer duties. Sean Mills BSc (Hons) MRICS, jointly leading the practice, joined in 2004, bringing with him a strong track record from his previous roles at Hillier Parker and CB Richard Ellis in London. Sean specializes in building surveys, defects investigations, project management, dilapidations, and party wall matters.
