Our team has a proven track record of securing significant savings for our clients, with recent examples including saving a large warehouse unit valued at 294,000 and reducing the rateable value by 114,000, resulting in a saving of 300,000. We have also secured a reduction in rateable value of 30,000 on behalf of a children's day nursery in Dundee, resulting in a saving of 30,000.
