Positive: Allied Surveyors have a history of delivering excellent customer service and consistently meeting the needs of their clients.
Negative: Some customers may be initially disregarded if they are considered too small or insignificant for the company, resulting in poor service and unmet expectations.

Accolades and Compliments

The majority of customers have had outstanding experiences with Allied Surveyors, praising their exceptional service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and prompt resolutions to queries. Many have specifically highlighted the excellent work of certain surveyors, such as Ian Farquhar from the Elgin Office, who were efficient, courteous, and did a great job.

Consistency of Service

It is evident that the Glasgow North and Falkirk offices have consistently delivered top-notch service, with customers appreciating the effort taken by the staff to ensure their needs are met. The Elgin office also receives high praise for their efficient and friendly service.

Disappointment and Unmet Expectations

However, one customer, Russell Malcolm, had a greatly disappointing experience with Allied Surveyors. The company failed to deliver on its commitments, and despite repeated inquiries, the customer was left without the necessary documentation or reimbursement for the cost of key cutting. This customer's experience suggests that smaller clients may not receive the same level of attention as larger clients.
